Time is Money, and this applies in the case for designers and photographers as well. Photoshop actions are macro program, which has a pre recorded series of tasks or actions. To Install Photoshop actions download the actions from below and unzip them and copy and paste them in your .ATN file type Actions folder newbie tip: (windows users) C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Presets\Photoshop Actions. They’re usually presented as one file (ATN extension) or batch of files and include menu commands, tool actions, filters and effects you can apply on any photo automatically by simply pressing the "Play" button.
